A Guide to UP Enrollment
- Get 8 hours of sleep because I didn’t and regretted it since it made me want to punch everybody in the face.
- Breakfast is a must. PANCAKES, MIGHT I SUGGEST.
- Be early (and yes, it is much better if you get there even before the janitor of your college arrives because that way you get seat number one.)
- Bring an umbrella to hit people with when they cut in line to protect you from the sun/rain.
- Wear comfortable and functional clothes. Do not wear shorts when it’s rainy because your legs get mud spots whenever you walk so you’ll wind up looking like a dalmatian in clothing.
- It’s tempting, but don’t listen to your iPod while in line because you can miss announcements.
- Do not fall asleep when in line (…….)
- Do not scream in frustration or curse aloud when you find out that the class you want is out of slots because people will look.
- Keep the baggage light because heavy ones tend to slow you down when you have to run for a spot in line.
- Do not complain because no one has time to listen to you.
- Know where to go because well, I literally spent a good ten minutes just running around an entire floor without accomplishing anything.
- ASK QUESTIONS ANYTIME ANYWHERE BECAUSE IF YOU DON’T YOU WILL DIE.
- Know your way around FC because to me it looks like the maze from Alice in Wonderland. (Leave breadcrumbs if needed)
- Don’t be shy
- PUSH PEOPLE
- Expect long lines. (They don’t call it University of Pila for nothing.)
- Use your charm.
- Bring a pen because the authorities seem to get REALLY PISSED if you don’t because when you ask for one they’d just be like >___>
- Bring a plastic envelope for your papers, especially Form 5A, because at the end of the day mine looked like it got run over by 43 derby trucks.
- Do rejoice when you finish everything.
- Sleep and eat x102948420249392439403 when you get home.
